Having A Real Estate Job vs.  Being A Real Estate Business Owner

Whether you are just considering starting a real estate career or you are an existing real estate agent who wants more out of their real estate career, it is critical that you first understand and acknowledge the difference between having a real estate job vs. being a real estate business owner.    The biggest attraction of a real estate career, is that not only can you have a fun and fulfilling career, but you can also have an  unlimited ceiling of achievement and potential to build quality of life for you and your family as well.    However, the real estate agents that have the most successful real estate careers, know that true quality of life in a real estate career starts at lead generation.   The real estate agents that understand that they are in the lead generation business first…and the real estate business second, are the real estate agents that are thinking like a real estate business owner, not an employee.

At Keller Williams Realty, our real estate agent training and support is geared towards the real estate agent that want to be a true real estate business owner.  If you want control in your real estate career vs. having your success dictated by someone else, and you want the leverage in your business and in your life to truly build a real estate career worth having and a real estate business worth running, you have to first take ownership of your real estate lead generation.    The bottom line, is that there is not one aspect of a real estate agent’s business that can not be leveraged out or made better by generating more real estate leads.    In this real estate career training video from KW Team Leader Brian Icenhower, Aaron Kaufman, Keller Williams Career Coach, shares the Keller Williams Realty mindset on the difference between having a real estate job vs. being a real estate business owner.
