Do you want to know what it is going to take to be as successful as you can be in your real estate career?  A successful real estate career is not determined by how hard or how long you work everyday in your real estate business, but rather, how smart you work and the consistency of your efforts over time.   At Keller Williams Realty, we train our real estate agents to always focus on and commit to 80/20 principle in their real estate career.    In the real estate business, 20% of your efforts will account for 80% of your results.  The key to becoming a highly successful real estate agent,  is to define that 20%,  and focus on it.     The foundation for any successful real estate career is lead generation.  If you want to make  money in your real estate career, you will need real estate  leads.  If you want to make A LOT of money in your real estate carer , you will have to generate A LOT of real estate leads.    Top producing real estate agents  understand,  that active lead generation is always better than passive lead receiving.  This is the biggest difference between having a real estate job and running your own successful real estate business!
