One of the most difficult objections a real estate agent can face in their real estate career, is when a potential or existing real estate client asks the real estate agent, if they would consider reducing their commission.   How well a real estate agent will handle this commission reduction objection, will be determined by both their belief in their value as a real estate agent, as well as their level of commitment to practicing and mastering the best scripts for handling these real estate commission objection.   A real estate agent that is quick to reduce their commission, is either uncomfortable and unprepared to have that conversation, or they know they are not providing a high level of value. Committed and successful real estate agents understand, that in the absence of value…price is the determining factor.    The more value a real estate agent can provide in the real estate transaction, the better their customer service and communication is, the more authentic, valid and powerful  a real estate agent’s response to a commission reduction objection will be.
