KW.com is now mobile!

When a user goes to www.kw.com from their mobile phone, we automatically show the mobile version of the site. The user can switch the full version of the site as well.
kw | Mobile searches KWLS listings only. The property results will show property photos, descriptions and our agents’ contact information. We will send a text message directly to the listing agent when an agent requests information on the property. (Please note we are not utilizing GPS to identify a users location at this time due to existing business patents relating to this process.)
kw | Mobile searches all open houses scheduled in area via the KWLS.
kw | Mobile gives consumers online home valuations, similar to kw.com

Local Listings on the Home Page

When consumers visit the new kw.com they will be able to view properties in their area right on the home page through our new “Featured Listings” section.
Each time a consumer returns to the site, a new random sampling of featured properties will be shownbased on the last geographic area they searched for properties. If the user has not searched for properties on kw.com before, we will use the physical location of their computer to determine which properties are shown. The listings are pulled randomly from the KWLS each time, per a solution developed by our Agent Technology Council.

Enhanced Agent Profiles

Agents now have more room than ever to market themselves on kw.com. Each agent profile page can now include your listings, biographical information, specialties and a contact form that goes directly to you. Consumers can now enter very specific search criteria when looking for agents – such as languages spoken, niches served, and specific expertise. So be sure to complete your profile page to ensure that when consumers search for an agent with your expertise, they find you!
