This week in Austin, TX, over 10,000 Keller Williams associates from around the world, have congregated for one of the biggest real estate training events of the year, Keller Williams Mega Camp 2012.    Our Keller Williams Realty associates have gathered this week,   to network with the best and hear the latest insights, trends and skills they need to succeed in their real estate business.  From interviews with real estate industry experts and speakers, to mega agent panels featuring top realtors from across North America, to live role plays, this high-energy event is second to none.     Here are a couple of videos that highlight some of the great real estate training and education offered to our Keller Williams agents  from the first day’s Mega Technology Camp.

Are we headed toward a seller’s market?  That’s the thought among many real estate industry pundits, real estate agents and our Mega Technology Camp Keynote Speaker, Ben Kinney thinks. Ben is a nationally recognized trainer, and a top producing Keller Williams agent that sold over 500 homes in 2011, through predominantly, internet lead generation.        Watch and learn as Ben shares his proven internet lead generation strategies for finding and converting seller leads.

Chad Hyams, Keller Williams Team Leader and BOLD Tech Coach,  took the stage at Mega Technology Camp to give agents the best tips for staying on the front page of Google – a feat that’s getting harder as they make more and more changes every year!

Gary Keller, Co-Founder & Chairman of The Board of Keller Williams Realty,  explains how leads are the lifeblood of every real estate agents’ business. And once you’ve mastered generating leads and lots of listings, you’ll need to begin mastering the next step: leverage.

Jay Papasan,  Co-Author of Soci@l and Vice President of KW Publishing,  spoke on the subject of Social Media at Mega Technology Camp.

Rowena Patton and her team ended 2011 with $14 million and 63 units in closed transactions last year and is already on track to triple that number this year. At the core of her seller listing strategy is a heavy emphasis on marketing; both for her properties and her brand.
