Recommending Price During A Listing Presentation

 

Understanding how to recommend the right list price to a potential seller client during a listing presentation is a realtor script that successful real estate agents must practice and master.  The key question that every potential seller client has, is  ‘Are you the best real estate agent to SELL my house?’…NOT,  ‘Are you the best real estate agent to LIST my house?’  One of the biggest mistakes real estate agents make, is not recommending the appropriate list price that will actually sell the home for the most money and in the least amount of time, but rather, recommending the list price that will just get their sign in the yard.   The majority of this situations occur as a direct result of the real estate agent not doing the research on the market, and as a result, they are not confident in their recommendation and typically will defer to what the seller believes is the appropriate list price.      Not only is this a disservice to the seller to agree to a list price that literally prices the home out of the market, but as a business owner, is it really worth your investment of time and marketing dollars to try to sell a house that is overpriced??  Watch and learn, as Kevin Ward shares the best realtor scripts for how to recommend the best list price during a listing presentation, that will get the sellers the most money in the least amount of time on the market.
