SHIFT Book Tour Rolls To a Close in Austin

 

 

The phenomenally successful SHIFT tour – attended by more than 20,000 people across North America – ended last week right where Keller Williams Realty began, in Austin, Texas. 

Gary Keller addressed a packed room of agents and stated that while there may be equal opportunity, there are never equal rewards. “Success is not about getting your fair share. If everyone got their fair share, we’d all be broke!”

 

Keller told the crowd that getting good at what they dislike is how they will ensure success. “Most people aspire to be average by only doing what they like. Life is about seeing how far you can go past average and that means doing what you don’t like to do.”
