David Jones, the team leader of the Heritage market center in San Antonio, Texas has taken the Keller Williams Realty’s Power Hour to a new level.  With a passionate desire to get his real estate agents to increase productivity, David has enhanced the Power Hour by making it a group effort and creating accountability.

“We are so excited about what is going on in our market center. We basically turned it from an individual competition to a team competition with groups of five. We launched the concept at our last team meeting (last Thursday) and it was nothing short of incredible. I was Assistant Team Leader for 3 ½ years and now TL and have never seen or experienced a buzz like we have right now (and our culture has always been top notch). We had 130 to 140 agents at the last Team Meeting and the overwhelming consensus was, WOW!” David exclaimed.
