South Florida Region’s Real Estate Agent Career Testimonials

Dan and John O’Flaherty - Fort Lauderdale, FL

I was with ReMax Partners in Broward County, Fla for 15 years and John my son and partner for 10 years before we left and joined Keller Williams Realty Professionals in Ft. Lauderdale March 2007. We felt we had outgrown the ReMax system.

Hearing of Keller Williams emphasis on education and experiencing it are two different things. Hearing of the energy/professionalism in an office and being a part of it is something an agent must see for themselves. Leaving a low energy operation with little on-site management and the feeling you are a “lone ranger” agent working alone to join an office with a sales manager/team leader in place to help you and not compete with you is a stunning revelation. A meaningful sales meeting is important for any agent at any level and is something we missed for years and re-energizes you and gives you focus in a team atmosphere. Even a fresh clean office and a well run smooth operation following a model in place is exciting to be a part of.

John, my son and I were two of the top selling agents year after year at ReMax Partners. They are the largest ReMax in Florida and were one of the top ten in the USA with 7 offices and 400 agents. Leaving there and joining Keller Williams has been an enlightening experience and we love it. Again, we outgrew ReMax.

Jim & Jerry Dickson, Tampa,FL

After over 10 successful years with Prudential Tropical Realty we had achieved the honor of being the #2 team out of 15 offices. Our volume of almost $24,000,000 was a great accomplishment but something was missing. Real Estate is not just units & volume. It is about people, trust, and their future.

When we spoke with Keller Williams we knew that we had found the company that shared our philosophy.  They care about agents and their clients.  It is not all about the company.

Since we have been with Keller Williams we are even more convinced that this is the company for which we were searching. We are excited about the future of our business.  We know that by following the Keller Williams model we will achieve our highest potential.

We made the move to Keller Williams for many reasons….after working for a very traditional company, Century 21, for over 24 years, we realized that our business was all about “them” and not about us.  At Keller Williams, it truly is about you, what is best for you and your business.  The education is the best of the best….you are learning from the agents that have accomplished the higher levels you are striving for.  Instead of just listing or selling real estate, we are learning how to run it like a business, which will enable us to grow our team or sell our business when we no longer wish to list or sell.  Our business has grown significantly since moving to Keller Williams and we know with the Keller Williams’ model, it will just keep getting better and better.
