    The way to get REO listings is to sign up with all the BPO and REO companies and do BPOS. Do good work, never be late, give good values, good comments and clean photos. The banks track the values you give so this is crucial.

    The hard thing is not getting REO listings. The hard thing is to not drop any balls and keep the asset managers happy. The average REO agent has a career arc of 6 months or less because they start to make simple mistakes that prevent them from getting more listings.
