For those who have attended Family Reunion in recent years and had the opportunity to hear Gary Keller’s Vision Speech, the shift in the real estate market came as no surprise. As a result of extensive research and an analysis of historical market trends, Keller advised agents that the market would soon be correcting itself. He advised attendees to begin tightening their expenses and putting a solid focus on lead generation, even before the real estate market peaked in Sept. 2005. These agents had the opportunity to begin preparing for the shift, while others were broadsided once it hit.
Family Reunion 2009 is your opportunity to hear what Keller sees for the real estate market in the coming year. During the 2009 Vision Speech, Keller will provide an in-depth look at the current market and the direction that trends are pointing.
