Dave Osborn – President of CORE Services Division

Mr. Osborn was named President of our CORE Services Division, effective January 1, 2006.  This division develops and manages strategic alliances that facilitate our Market Centers’ offering of ancillary services, such as mortgage brokerage.  

David Osborn started his career in real estate in 1994 with Keller Williams Realty in Austin.  In 1996, the team was recognized as the #1 National Sales Team for Keller Williams Realty.  The following year, David became the Regional Director of the North Texas/New Mexico Region.  From 1999 to 2001, the Region was reportedly a top performer; and today, under David’s leadership, nineteen Market Centers are profitable.

David is an active partner in nine Market Centers, Operating Principal of four, and Owner of four Regions.  Real Trends recognized the Keller Williams Realty offices owned and operating by David Osborn as the second fastest growing real estate company in the United States.

Additionally, David is a member of the KWU Master Faculty, where eagerly shares his real estate experiences and entrepreneurial spirit with others in an easy-going and comprehensive manner.
