Dave has been in the real estate industry since 1981, Prior to joining Keller Williams in 1996, he was president and CEO of Century 21 South Central States based in Dallas, Texas.

Today, Dave serves as Vice President of Research and Development. Known around the office as “the numbers man,” Dave tracks the growth of Keller Williams across the country. He also provides consulting services to Market Centers and tracks their profitability and growth.

In 2003, with the release of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent , co-authored by Gary Keller, Dave became a best-selling author. With the release of The Millionaire Real Estate Investor in the Spring of 2005 Dave is becoming one of the premier trainers in the real estate industry.
